Development of robust IP and patent strategies for technology companies. Patent portfolio planning, freedom-to-operate analysis guidance, and IP due diligence support. Experienced with both Danish and international patent filing processes.
Filed 6 patents at RadiSurf over 9 years. Currently IP advisor at IMP Scandinavia.
Fundraising & Investment Readiness
Guidance on navigating the Danish and European funding landscape — from Innobooster and Innofunder grants through EIC Accelerator applications to VC fundraising and PE negotiations. Pitch deck development, investor targeting, and deal structuring.
Raised from most major Danish soft funding programs and the EIC EU Funding program. Navigated the acquisition of RadiSurf by an international PE fund. Member of the Innovation Fund Denmark InnoBooster panel.
Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management
Project management for complex technology projects involving multiple partners and stakeholders from commercial and academic spheres. Innovation process design, team structuring, and academic-industry collaboration.

Available as an independent board member for startups and SMEs, particularly in deep-tech, materials, cleantech, and food-tech. Bringing operational founder experience and a network spanning Danish innovation and investment ecosystems.
